Now at my initial weight goal. From 82.7kg to 70kg. I can finally take a breather. I'm moving from a weight goat to a body goal. I'm now more focused on body recomposition, weight training, more protein intake, and I wouldn't even be scared if I gain weight, as long as I know I'm healthy, and my body is how I want it. I'm so proud of myself and everyone on this app. I hope we all reach our goals.
