I really feel like the events of last weekend and busting two pairs of my pants have kicked me in to gear. Im really trying hard to focus on eating less and eating better. Ive had a few breaks in my plan but appear to be loosing a little weight. If I can keep on track for the next few weeks I should be back to my goal of 120. To be honest Id be happy being at 125lbs.
