Yesterday was a mixed bag. Probably 50% diet adherence, which I guess is "Poorly" following the LGLCHF. However, I'm recovering from whatever was bothering me this past week, trying to eat foods that won't upset my stomach. I've been craving carbs. I also drank a lot of water. One of those things is working. Eventually, I will get back on track for some of the goals I mentioned a week ago.
I am tired today, a pleasant kind of tired, like I accomplished something. I just completed week 5 of a simple Reverse Pyramid Training program from Martin Berkhan's website. I added a little volume training onto the end of each workout, to do if I feel I can give a little more. The strength gains have been very good (temper that with the knowledge that I am a novice weight-lifter).
