😧 i will change ratio for diet which good for diabetic patient ( Abf 50% lnch 30% dnnr 20%) meal ratio abf prot 35% carbs 45% fat 20% .It will make blood sugar level stable whole day ( now my A1c is 7.1 😭😭) doctor said if next time A1c still hight .she will increase medicine 😵. My kidney egfr is 78% (it increase after i reduce protein ) I hope it can increase to 90%. Anyway this is all my plain n hope i can do it.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
