I trained really hard yesterday, Cycling on my tour bike, and also to the sports centre for the ashtanga yoga class. I ate frugally but did not fast. I am delighted with today's weigh-in. Hope I keep losing the easily gained and it becomes easily lost too. My legs feel like jelly!
