Last week’s weight had to be freak fluid retention. I have congestive heart failure, so that’s concerning. I lost that 4 lbs and I’m down .6 from the week before that . . . a tiny loss, but a loss all the same. Onward and downward. 🙂

Thanks, Me. Last week was a bit scary. I’m only counting a .6 lb loss for the past two weeks but at least it’s still a loss.
