Well I dont know what to say. Its a gain. My stomach hurts, my sides hurt, I feel like crap. I am exercising. The 14 mile bike ride on Monday, step aerobics and other exercises yesterday. Today I am hoping to do a 4 mile aerobic walk. Maybe it is my period coming? Maybe it is stupid choices on my part that have caused a real gain, I don't know. I am bummed though. I know several things I could do to get it off right quick, no carbs would do it, but then when I put the carbs back in I would just gain back. I will continue to eat right, healthy and enough and exercise. Hopefully I will see some loss here again really soon. Like I said before this happens to me every month I should not be so consumed in it.
