my bestfriend visited for 5 days and we didn't eat too well. Some of it we did.... and I drank a fair bit of alcohol that I am not used to. and I didn;t get enough sleep... so this week I will be "detoxing" and recovering. It was so much fun though =) so truly worth it. We did go to the gym for a long workout and biked and walked several kilometers. I was down to 173 before she showed up... which is AMAZING. anyway, I am back on track now. My pool party bridal shower is the July 4th weekend, so right now THAT is my motivation. I will not have seen my family in 6 months... also I tried on my wedding dress last Friday and it is too big!! needs some serious alterations already. which is good and bad...
79.8 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
