I am down again!! Wahoo!! I couldnt believe it! All 3 weigh ins this weeks, i've been down atleast a pound. I am following the plan to a T, and it really works. And the cool thing about it, is I havnt been exersicing. I told the couselors, in a joking way, I wanted more starches, knowing I couldnt have more than 2 a day. Then she said since I've been doing so well, that I can try a Carb Cravers. That's pretty much a whole meal or sandwhich that only cost you a protien. So I got to have a hamburger and fries. Boy, was that a treat! I am only allowed this just this one time, for right now. But thats was A O K with me!
