179, meh, I don't think I care about my weight number anymore. I can tell when looking in the mirror that I'm getting more muscular and my belly fat is slowly fizzling away. My love-handles are almost completely gone, and that's not something I could say when I was 172 lbs about this time last year.
Ended up pushing Back & Biceps to this morning, was just too wiped out to do anything after work yesterday so I got some good rest in. Finally decided to put my pull-up bar up and give it a go and WOW what a difference. I didn't feel like I could get a good enough workout with the bands but the bar, holy moly. I had to do most of them with my foot on a chair, but still felt really good.
Going to have to do Yoga X tomorrow and Legs & Back on Saturday, guess I'll forego Kenpo, but at least it's recovery week coming up and I'll be doing it soon enough.
