So not ideal BUT I did have a birthday week and with the cheats I didn’t pick up. Still meeting step and water goals. Not a huge set back…just.keep. Swimming.
111.8 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
