Not a good week ate too many carbs which for me means weight on. As I was home I have spent the weekend making my low carb bread both plain & cinnamon. I am also in the process of making pulled pork to go with keto rolls I have in the freezer. Hoping for a better week, fingers crossed. 🤞 as menu’s done for the week ahead.
