Thanks! I actually already hit my goal, then I lowered my goal. This loss is over a long weekend of not recording anything. We went to visit my daughter in Colorado and did a lot of hiking - also a lot of eating - and surprisingly lost some pounds. I was so excited that I didn't get winded hiking. It makes a HUGE difference when I'm not hauling an extra 100 lbs up a mountain!
