Yes! Back down in my zone after a little gain. I have been following my macros exactly. Hit the gym hard with a mental attitude that I will be strong. Good thing as my trainer increased my weight on lunges, glutes and lat pull downs! Every rep I was mentally saying I am strong and I did all my reps. Lunges are very hard for my old knees and I remember when body weight was hard and I had two 40# dumbells last night for my workout. I did feel a little weasy after each set but was glad I went in with a mindset that I am strong. Ended with a little cardio on kettle bells. Today is a rest day, follow my macro's and drink my water.
