My weight goal was 75kg. Ive achieved it and I'm so proud of myself. Set it for 3 months and I've done it in 2 months. I'm still a work in progress
74.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
