Still fasting. About 84 hours in -3.5 days. It all started because I had cold and just didn't feel like eating. I'm still sick, but fasts are supposed to be healing. The fast and the cold seem to be working okay with each other. I'm going to get a Covid test today, in case this is one of thosemild breakthroughs. I need to make sure I'm not Covid positive, because I have a vacation coming up with my unvaccinated grandchildren.

Be careful standing up, sometimes I get dizzy after long fasts.

Yes, I have a tendency toward vertigo since my TBI and the fasting seems to make it worse. I went out and bought some grass-fed beef bones from my local hipster butcher and put on a pot to slow cook. I'll have a day of bone broth only on my way out. No later than Friday. Covid results tomorrow.
