I thought my scale was flaking out this morning. Wii Fit said I gained 1.1 pounds, scale said I lost 1.0. Later in the day I re-weighed on both (a pain, but I'm insanely curious :)), and the scale was right! But then, my waist measurement backed that up - I'm back down to my smallest waist in many, many years. I'm almost getting a hint of an ab or two!
When I first started losing my excess weight, my daughter caught me without a shirt, slouched in a chair. She said, "Wow, you've already got some abs!" After I stopped laughing, I had to explain to her that those were my fat rolls!
Anyway, since I lost weight again, I have to say I did pretty good catching up to my protein macro yesterday. Fat was low, and carbs were very low. And I didn't get that great a breakfast, but it was better than expected, so today is going pretty well, even though I'm high on carbs. It will average out pretty nicely, I think.
