I did a good job on the diet today. Worked out this morning.
Oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast Nuts for snack. Grilled chicken with salad for lunch Nuts for snack Baked chicken for dinner.
The pattern over the last few days is that I get some coffee after work, run some errands, and then when I get home I'm not starved. Tonight I didn't quite follow that pattern -- that is I missed the coffee -- and suddenly I was REALLY hungry and nowhere near home. I stopped at a grocery store and bought some baked chicken and coffee. Ate some white meat and felt better quickly. But...I think I ate more than I would have if I had the coffee sooner.

That's funny about the coffee. I have a morning coffee and it totally holds me until a late lunch. (I usually work out during the noon hour and often don't have lunch until 2). The SBD book talks about caffiene being an appetite stimulant, but that doesn't seem to be the case for me. Sounds like not for you either. You're making great progress, congratulations!
