I had a hedonist week of eating an average of 2100 cal a day, and the scale ticked up during last week. After two days of being back on my usual deficit, I’m back at last weeks weight. Just a reminder that there will be bad weeks! My approach with this app has just been to write down those calories - however many they may be. The weight doesn’t come from some malevolent god! It’s just you - having a treat yo-self period of time ❤️😜
