Back to the grind and on to phase 2 of P90X. I really enjoyed the Chest, Shoulders and Triceps workout, I feel like a rag doll, but in a good way.
Did much better this weekend with my food, though I'm not going to log it, I like having my weekend unlogged though I try to make smarter choices, and I did. Wanted to make chuck burgers yesterday and settled on turkey brats and sausages.
I might not be dropping pounds, but I can tell I'm losing fat as my belt will now go into it's last hole which totally rocks.
