I feel much better about exercise. It's something that I just need to do. If I can eat right, surely I can devote at least 30 minutes a day most days of the week to exercise. When you think about how many hours are in a day, 30 minutes isn't that long!
94.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
