I am surprised I am at 146 after eating all those noodles and having that ice cream last night. That is comforting!
I am glad to know that I can put away the pull up bar for a week. Not looking forward to yoga two times a week though. :(
I am probably going to do some mild cardio today, maybe dig out one of my old cardio dance dvds.
Yesterday someone I just met called me "small". I gave her a confused look, but it still felt good to hear!
