Eee! 10 kg’s down. 5 months of steady steady steady. I’ve been eating McDonalds and ramen and drinking wine and everything while generously accounting for those calories (aka crisp bread with salad and no cheese for breakfast and lunch on those days!). As someone who has had issues with eating disorders in the past this app has been a revelation. What I eat isn’t attached to an emotional nuclear bomb anymore. It’s just numbers. It’s math. It’s science. I’ve also learned that restricting excessively is terrible for weight loss. In the weeks that I’ve gone too low, my body responds by holding onto the weight - preparing for the famine. ☺️ I love this app: now I know so much more about my body and what it needs. Thanks everyone for the support so far!
