No idea why I gained 600g overnight, especially since I took a proper jog last night and it is not any time near my period 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
50.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It’s normal to have a little inflammation after exercise. It’s part of the repair and recovery process. It isn’t fat gain.

As F.G.S said - also maybe water retention if you exercised and "dehydrated" a bit
