Been fairly busy lately. Getting ready to sell a house and work just happened to get very busy at the same time. Funny how that happens. My eating hasn’t been the best. Not real bad but I’ve gone over my limit a lot the last week. I am surprised the gain (according to my possessed scale) I only gained half a pound. I haven’t been to the gym since Friday the 4 so feeling a bit blah too. That’s ok. Once this week is over I can get back to my regular schedule.
