This was a good gain. If such a thing exists. Had dinner with a group of friends who I haven’t seen in a long while, and I lowered my barriers and fully enjoyed the meal. Today I get back on the train, so this isn’t long term. It was a worthy deviation.
113.8 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
