The drop in calories is paying off! I’m sure things will level off, but it’s fun to see the lower numbers. Big weight lifting workouts the last couple days. A bit sore, but loving the results!

Nice shake-up. I also changed my exercise routine this week (am now doing Barre Method daily), and wake every morning with my body screaming. No visible results yet. In my general sloth of quarantine, I had forgotten about all the muscle agony involved with new exercise. Now I look at a fit person and think about how they must be in pain all the time!

Thanks JB. I think/wonder the same thing! My wife doesn’t get sore that often, so when she does, she understands what I’m feeling almost everyday.
