This is the start of week two. Of course, I would have just loved to step on the scale and see another terriric loss like my first week, but I knew that wouldn't happen. I was hoping for two, maybe even three pounds. However, I lost one pound instead. I figure this will probably be the rate at which I lose and that is OK. At the same rate of one pound per week, I will be down about 28 more pounds by the winter hoidays. I can do this. I am not even close to bored yet. And I have no cravings to speak of. And, who knows? There might be an occasional week when I lose a bit more. I am sticking to the program very well. I can't say excellent, because I still allow myself one cup of coffee in the mornings and there were two days when I didn't get in all 8 glasses of water (only 6). Today starts a new week!
