Up just a little this morning, but not too bad. Woke up late and missed my opportunity to get Yoga X in before work. Just going to have to make it up after work, no biggie.

Glad it's recovery week, though I know it's not easy, it'll be a nice change of pace.
82.8 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
