I'm happy with that as I still can't do much with my right arm, so no rowing machine, weights, or drumming. Any weight loss is pleasing at this stage.
A big plus for the week has been seeing my haematologist for my three monthly physical examination and bloodwork.
No new lumps or bumps, heart and lungs fine. Haematologists do a startling number of tests on your blood, and they showed everything to be on the improve, aside from the test that estimates your immune levels, but they are expected to recover slowly over a period of years as I have had loads of cancer chemotherapy.
I also had my six-monthly skin cancer screening this week, and some little lesions on my hands and arms proved to be just solar keratoses, which got zapped with liquid nitrogen. That's not wildly enjoyable but it is vastly better than having lesions cut out and stitched. (Stem cell transplants are often followed by an increase in skin nasties for a couple of years and I've had around a dozen cut out in the last three years, so this was a good result.)
