Down another pound. I think I am getting ready to go into another plateau. Of course, I would love to continue to lose a pound every couple of days, but we all know it doesn’t work like that. Well, believe it or not, I have started to train for another 5K. And why not? I’m still in relatively good health, and it’s a good incentive to continue eating right and getting into shape. It takes a lot of energy to move 250 pounds down the road, but I am not going to be that heavy forever. :) I hope everyone is doing well. As I sit here following my workout, sucking on a protein and fruit smoothie, I am seeing myself sail through that 5K like a gazelle. Toodles!
