Boy, this weight thing is sure putting up a fight; but I am still winning. Last night, I kind of binged and ate about a cup of whole wheat tortilla chips, dipping them in a white cheese sauce. I felt kind of guilty, but that went away when I weighed in at 1.4 pounds lighter this morning. Yay, a breakthrough! Been back to usin the Total Gym now for 3 days; I think it may have helped kick this thing up a notch. Toodles!
