I am staying at 183....for now. Hoping to do more exercising today. My class was canceled last night so I was bummed. I worked out a good bit yesterday. I am hoping that I can get back in the swing of daily life today. It has been hard getting off of vacation mode. I am also going to the grocery store to get some good food finally. We were out of groceries the last 2 days so I kinda ate whatever.
Goals, by Friday to be 182. To continue to not eat past 7:30pm To not eat out all week. (I am so sick of eating out.)
