which plan are u doing? i did 18-6 for awhile, worked well but after a couple of weeks my body got use to it 😕 great loss tho, well done 💞

Thanks Everyone 🤗 I started with 16:8 then 18:6 then 20:4. I eat less carbohydrates and eat more proteins and healthy fat. I have been doing Omad: one meal a day for 2 days now. I do allow cheat day once a week ie normal eating window but in moderation.
