Feels good to be back at the gym after 4 weeks away travelling. Spending nearly 1.5 hours there every morning from 5.30 am! Am nearly at my first 10 kg goal and the next one is to get into 'double digits' and under the 100 kg. Once I have achieved the first 10 kg loss will treat myself to a full massage!

It goes really fast I was around 110 in December now I’m down to 85. Count the calories, stay below your amount and keep up the walking. Oh drink tons of water you will be amazed how fast it goes. All you need is a daily deficit and the weight goes down, your health, life and wellness goes up. Good luck 🤞🏻
