Plyometrics kicked my butt this morning. I "brought it" harder than I did last week, I was able to even do the bonus rounds, but man, I can barely get up and down the stairs now. It's never felt so good to sit down.

Other than that, nothing real exciting.

19.9% Body Fat

New scale was close to the old one, said 21.1% BF in Athlete mode, but said 25.6% in normal mode. Going to stick with the Homedics downstairs and just put the new scale upstairs.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
