Let's go, sausage fingers! You've worked too hard. Everybody rebounds and everybody refeeds eventually. No big. You know exactly what to do! #getserious #mindset #stayhungry

PS - If you are frustrated with your current results, you may want to take a look at one of the FSers I follow. Couple weeks ago she was "stalled" and frustrated, and then, unlike many folk hereabouts, put on a clinic in problem solving and promptly dropped 15#. While not exactly the same as your current situation, her approach, for me, applies to any challenge and was inspirational. Her name is Debbie Cousins. Strongly recommend that you check her out. Enjoy your weekend.

My son lifts weights and runs on exercise machines I can’t even use. His weight fluctuates 5-10 pounds on any given day. Not only does muscle weigh more that fat, but injured muscles really weigh a bunch more!! Just like bruises fill with blood so do sore muscles. So the scale can go up from water weight, muscle repair, anything. Not just in response to a holiday. Water can really hide a loss. The true measure is are your clothes looser? I go by my measurements more than the scale. The scale is a big fat liar!!
