Yesterday I had a avo , peanut , nutty protein shake in the Mng

Then supper 2 boiled eggs, chutney and mushroom.
Now am still not meeting my calories but carbs were a bit over 🤨
Also the fasting helped .
Didn’t eat after 5:30pm
61.9 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
