Ga nimbang2 lg, cuma ubah komposisi piring makan. Msh icip2 gorengan, msh bisa baking2 seru sm anak. Weekend jg mkan dluar. Alhamdulillah tetap turun walaupun lambat. Tp ini lbh baik. Rasanya enjoy, ga stress, ga tersiksa. Mgkn inilah pola hidup yg cocok buat sy pribadi.
