While I'm happy to record the pound lost, the reality is, I actually lost 3.
Earlier in the week, my weight jumped up 2 lbs, due to over-carbing and "fake sugars". I was discouraged as my cravings started up again. I was hungry and hangry ALL the time. So back to reality!
Carbs are my kryptonite. They *will* kill me.
