And about ramazan 99% of people thinking we'll eat fruits for weight loss .... so Don't eat t0o much fruits because fruits main sugar boht hota hai.... limit se ziyda khane se weight jaldi gain hota hai.

everyone experience hairloss during weight loss...because one cant lose weight without harming body...i would suggest you to stay with your diet...but also takecare of your hairs...use foods which are not only good for your hairs but also your body...like eggs...and also use good oil for your hairs to counter the effects of weightloss, i use dabur amla and i think everyone must use it because it is good for hairs

if you are getting weight again, it means you had a crash diet...so i would suggest to make a proper diet to stay not only active...do not starve yourself...make healthy changes in your meal if you can...if not, only leave extra junk food which you are taking just to satisfy your mood or for time pass...eat only when you feel hungry...avoid foods high in sugar...you can consume sugar but use everything in limit...you can also exercise or not you can also walk to make yourself little active...we gain weight , when we remain less active and relay only on strict diet...

Yes I had severe hair fall because I crash dieted.
Now my Only advice Is Stop Dieting now And Take break Atleast till Ramadan.
This will help(telling from experience)
and don't worry about the weight gain cause it is temporary and it melt faster when you start you diet again.
And to Avoid this situation again
Please
1:have a cheat day Atleast once a week to avoid metabolic adaptation (the cause of hair fall)
2:make a deficit of only 500 calories no more than that
AND FOR THE TUMMY PART:
you didn't lost your tummy cause you did crash dieting
Follow the above tips and you will not face it.
I am only 15 years old and I have lost more than 20kgs in last 5 months, ☺️
And now started again to lose last 5 kgs.

During diet if you are restricting yourself from some specific food then yes it will causes you hair fall because body require nutrients to perform all functions,so you need proper consultancy and supplements to avoid such harm😊
