Happy Dance. Down 3.4 lbs since Monday. Almost makes me forget about my headache!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awesome Job!!!!! I threw my scale away a while ago it was like i was doing step aerobics on it constantly on and off every time i went to the bathroom!! INSANITY!!!! so now I go to the gym and weigh in weekly. Keep up the good work its paying off!!! :)

Thanks! I'm trying not to be too obsessive about weighing, but I'm sure I will be. Although using it for step aerobics is an idea, hmmmmmm......
