I can not complain about a 1lb weight loss because a few days ago I was 192 again, I gained 5lbs due to my period. Now I am still on my period but down to 186 so I will consider that a success.

Oh yes ... do consider it a success!!! Because, my dear, it IS!!! You have done so well ... a slow down in the process is okay ... perhaps not something you like but it is acceptable. You WILL continue to move closer and closer to your goal. THEN you will maintain that goal ... and NEVER (did I emphasize NEVER?) need to lose a significant amount of weight again!!! Keep it up!!!
