sama😄😄😄 ada temenya,,dah mlenceng aj,,mlh keterusan,,bb dah 49.5 aj,,pdhl kmrin dah 47,,bbrp bln melenceng naik lgi,,tp bnran diet defisit it,,turun lma,,naik jg lma,,jd g slh pilih diet ini nih,,ayo smangat💪💪💪
