weight loss is not linear. our fat cells store triglycerides and as we lose weight, the fat breaks down but the cell still exists. it fills with water. then over a period of time the water and cell break down. ⬇️⬆️⬇️💹 even though your weight loss may reflect weight increase according to your scale... there is a lot going on behind the scenes. I suggest you get intimate with your fat secret graph. you'll notice that even though there are peaks and valleys the overall trend would be downwards... that's the difference. fat loss is what you want, so embrace the peaks because that is your body at work changing itself. body weight also fluctuates daily, even hourly... hormones, stress (raised cortisol levels) - this includes emotional fatigues and body fatigue from frequent exercise. take your rest days and stick to your program. some days you may even find it helps to eat more... such a low cal diet makes it harder for your body to work to restore itself from exercise.

Thank you Shereen. Your feedback really helped. Back in the days I would have stuffed my face with food to make myself feel beter, but I bought myself those Revolution banting brownies and enjoyed it with a glass of wine... Nice part of my choice that I made, I didn't feel guilty afterwards cause it was not even 5 grams of carbs ✋
