Yesterday had cheese and mushroom omelette.
Whey Protein
Caulirice, beans and kerela.
Was over on carbs
But still maintained 64 kgs
64 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
