-0,4 semalam makan 3 kali,sarapan nasi+ayam bakar, siang = nasi+ayam bakar+brokoli rebus, malamnya mie goreng 3suap, mie kaldu+telur 5 suap,
58.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
