Mostly expected daily fluctuation due to water loss/bowel movement. Realistically a drop of 200-300 grams given today's measurement. Highlights the need to look long term but make smart choices daily. Altering body composition is a lifestyle and not a quick fix. Feels good to see that stats head in thr right direction though.
