Got on the scale 4 times today. 72.1kg, 75.8, 72.1, 73.3. In a row, within the same minute. I think it’s time to invest in a new scale.
This week has been hard looking at my progress it’s been so steady and dropping off weight well. I’ve kept up my diet and ramped up my exercise and the weight dropping has just STOPPED. It’s hard to see but need to push through. Need to keep strong.
