Waist 107 cm. Some days when I least expect it my weight suddenly drops. Like now 1.1kg (2.4 lbs) in 2 days. Consistency is key. I am going to be thin for the next 40 years. My goal of 1kg a week takes the pressure off me for weight loss on any particular day.
